Your first project
A 15-minute walkthrough — from signup to your first daily progress report on a real project.
1. Create your organization
Go to construct.pranaalika-tagline.com/register and sign up. You can sign up with either an email address or an Indian mobile number — pick whichever your team uses more. During signup you will set:
- Your name
- Your email or mobile number (you can add the other one later in your profile)
- The name of your construction organization
- A password (used for both web and mobile apps)
You will receive a 6-digit OTP — by email if you signed up with email, or via SMS if you signed up with mobile. Enter it to verify and your organization is created. You become the first admin automatically.
On the sign-in page you can use either your email or your mobile number — the app figures out which one you used at signup.
2. Add your first project
Once you are logged in, go to the Projects section from the navigation. Click Add Project and fill in:
- Project name (e.g., "Krishna Heights Block A")
- Location and address
- Expected start and end dates (estimates are fine)
- Project type and scope description
A project can have multiple sites and each site can have sub-sites (think blocks, towers, floors). You can structure this later — just start with one site for now.
3. Invite your team
From the top-right user menu, open Team Members and click Invite User. For each person, enter:
- Email address
- Role: Admin, Manager, Engineer, Member, or Viewer
They receive an invitation email with a one-click signup link. The role determines what they can see and edit — see Roles & Permissions for the full matrix.
4. Log your first daily progress report
Open the project you created and go to DPR. Click New DPR for today's date. You will capture:
- Activities done today (by location and scope)
- Workers on site (count by trade)
- Materials consumed
- Photos and notes
Submit it. You have now created your first proof point on Pranaalika Nirman.
5. Try the AI Assistant
Open the AI Assistant from the navigation. Ask something simple, like:
What did we do on Krishna Heights today?
It will answer using the DPR you just submitted. As you submit more data over the days, the AI Assistant becomes more powerful for your team.
6. Generate an AI Report
Go to Reports and choose Generate Report. Pick a report type (Daily Progress, Executive Summary, Financial, Labor, or Material) and a date range. The AI drafts the report from your project data — review and share.
