Pranaalika Nirman is a construction management platform operated by Pranaalika Tagline (OPC) Private Limited. This page describes how to request deletion of your Pranaalika Nirman account and the associated personal and business data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email from your registered email address to adimurthi.adavala@pranaalika-tagline.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the following details in your email:
   • Full name registered with the account
   • Registered email address
   • Organization name (if applicable)
   • Reason for deletion (optional)
3. Verification: We will verify your identity by replying to your registered email within 2 business days.
4. Deletion: Once verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following data is permanently deleted when you request account deletion:

• Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, password, avatar)
• Authentication and session data
• Personal preferences and settings
• Personal attendance and timesheet records
• Personal notifications
• AI Assistant conversation history personal to your account
• AI-generated reports created by your account
• Your organization memberships

What Data May Be Retained

Pranaalika Nirman is a business platform where users belong to organizations. Some data may be retained as outlined below:

• Organization-owned business data (projects, sites, materials inventory, worker records, financial records, issues, project photos, site documents, daily progress reports submitted to the organization) is owned by the organization, not the individual user. It is retained for the organization's continued operation unless the organization itself requests deletion. Audit log entries are kept with your user reference removed.
• Anonymized aggregate data used for analytics, system improvement, and AI model training may be retained without personally identifying information.
• Records required by law (e.g., financial transaction records, GST-related records, contractual obligations) may be retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian regulations, after which they are securely destroyed.
• Backups may contain residual copies of your data for up to 90 days after deletion before being overwritten in routine backup rotation.

Organization-Level Deletion

If you are an organization administrator and wish to delete your entire organization's data (all projects, sites, workers, materials, finances), please request this explicitly in your email. Organization deletion is a separate process that affects all users within the organization.

Partial Data Deletion

If you want to delete specific data without closing your account (such as removing a single project, deleting uploaded photos, or removing your phone number from your profile), you can do so directly from within the Pranaalika Nirman app. For data you cannot delete in-app, email adimurthi.adavala@pranaalika-tagline.com with details of what you want removed.
