1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pranaalika Nirman platform ("Service") operated by Pranaalika Tagline (OPC) Private Limited ("Pranaalika," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pranaalika Nirman is a cloud-based construction management platform that provides:

• Project and site management
• Task tracking and Kanban board
• Material inventory and procurement management
• Labor and workforce management
• Budget and expense tracking
• Issue and quality control management
• AI-powered reports and analytics
• Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Document and file management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.

4. Subscription & Pricing

• Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page
• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled

5. Your Data & Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, documents, photos, and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). Pranaalika does not claim ownership of Your Content.

5.2 License to Us

By uploading content, you grant Pranaalika a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your organization.

5.3 Data Isolation

Your organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations. No other customer can access your projects, workers, materials, or financial data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit personally identifiable information in violation of applicable laws
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI Features Disclaimer

Our AI-powered features (AI Assistant, automated reports, insights, predictions) are provided as decision-support tools. AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies and should be verified before acting upon
• Is not a substitute for professional engineering, financial, or legal advice
• Should not be the sole basis for critical construction or safety decisions

Pranaalika is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

9. Account Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from within the application
• Upon cancellation, you can export your data for up to 30 days
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already rendered

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pranaalika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pranaalika from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
