AI Assistant
Ask Pranaalika Nirman questions about your projects in plain English (or Hindi). Get answers grounded in your live data.
What it is
AI Assistant is a chat interface available on the web and mobile apps. You can ask questions about any project your role has access to. The Assistant answers using your organization's real data — DPRs, attendance, materials, expenses, issues — not generic information.
Examples of what to ask
- "What did we do on Krishna Heights yesterday?"
- "How many workers were on site this week across all projects?"
- "Which materials are running low at Block A?"
- "What is the total spend on cement so far this quarter?"
- "Are there any open issues on the Hyderabad project?"
- "Compare labor productivity between Block A and Block B last month"
How it works
When you ask a question, the AI Assistant does three things behind the scenes:
- Parses your question into a structured query (project, site, time range, metric)
- Retrieves the relevant data from your organization (subject to your role's access scope)
- Composes a natural-language answer that summarizes what the data shows
If the question is ambiguous, the Assistant asks a clarifying question instead of guessing. For example, if you have three projects called "Block A", it will ask which one you meant.
What the Assistant can and cannot do today
It can
- Read your DPRs, attendance, expenses, materials, issues, and reports
- Aggregate across projects, sites, and time ranges
- Compare two periods or two projects
- Surface anomalies (highest cost item, slowest activity, etc.)
- Cite the source records it used so you can verify
It cannot yet
- Make changes to your data (it is read-only by design)
- Forecast future costs or timelines reliably
- Answer questions outside your organization's data
- Access data from projects you do not have a role on
Mobile vs web
The Assistant works on web and mobile. On mobile, voice input is available — useful when you are on site and need a quick answer hands-free. The mobile experience is designed for short-form queries ("How many workers today?"). The web experience is better for longer analytical questions.
Roles and access
The Assistant respects the role hierarchy:
- Admins and Managers can ask about any project in the organization
- Engineers can ask only about projects they are assigned to
- Viewers can ask read-only questions, but cannot trigger any actions
Cross-organization questions are never possible. The Assistant has no awareness of data outside your organization.
Conversation history
Each user has a private conversation history. Conversations are personal to the user — your team members do not see your queries. You can review past conversations, delete individual queries, or clear your entire history.
When you delete your account, all your AI Assistant conversations are deleted along with it. See the Account Deletion page for details.
AI usage and pricing
Each plan includes a monthly limit on AI Assistant queries — see pricing. Heavy users on the Starter plan typically upgrade to Team for the higher allowance.
Queries that fail because of an error or ambiguity do not count toward your limit.
Privacy
Your queries and the Assistant's responses are stored against your user account so you can review them later. They are not used to train shared models. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on AI data handling.
